Nashua man charged with exposing minors to harmful materials


HOLLIS, N.H.- Humberto Da Cruz Gomes Morais,49, of Nashua was arrested by Hollis Police over the weekend on an outstanding warrant.

According to officials, last fall the legal guardian of a juvenile who resides in Hollis informed Police of an inappropriate relationship between Morais and the juvenile.

During a search for evidence, it was determined that Morais had sent the juvenile a video of himself engaged in sexual act upon himself.

Morais is facing one count of Exposing Minors to Harmful Materials, a Class A Misdemeanor.
