CONCORD, N.H.- A new report released by the New Hampshire Department of Justice calls the actions of a Berlin Police officer leading up to the murder of Marisol Fuentes “Wholly insufficient under the circumstances.”

The report released Tuesday comes as investigators sought to find out what led to Michael Gleason Jr. killing his wife, 25-year-old Marisol Fuentes at La Casita restaurant on July 6th before taking his own life.

Beyond that Department of Justice officials say they’re withholding further comment pending the Berlin Police Department’s internal review, which is underway.
