MANCHESTER,N.H.- A possible plea deal has been reached in the case against Justin LaClair, the man who’s been charged with crashing his vehicle through an intersection that claimed the life of an 11-month-old girl.
According to court documents, lawyers for LaClair reached a deal with the state, however exact details have yet to be released.
Prosecutors say LaClair,24, drove through the intersection of Belmont Street and Lake Avenue in June 2025 and hit a family who was walking across the street which resulted in 11-month-old Rebecca Cole dying from her injuries while her sister suffered broken bones.
Court officials say a plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2,2026.
