SANDOWN, N.H.- A propane leak over the weekend at a home on Wells Village Road saw fire fighters from multiple towns respond.
According to investigators Sunday evening crews responded to the report of a leak, after the homeowner called the gas company who instructed them to call the fire department.
Once on scene, crews found a 500-gallon propane tank leaking from the bottom.
Crews ended up conducting a large-scale water operation to mitigate the hazard using over 30,000 gallons of water.
The propane company arrived and was able to stop the leak.
No injuries were reported.
