MANCHESTER, N.H.- Authorities say a shelter-in-place order at Phillips Exeter Academy has been lifted following a threat Wednesday.

While the exact details of the threat have yet to be released, an email sent to parents said the threat was made over the phone and once authorities were made aware teachers and students were ordered to shelter-in-place while police investigated.

Around 5 p.m. the all clear was given and the order was lifted.

School officials have yet to say if a suspect has been identified, however officials noted that Exeter Police are working with both state police and the FBI in this investigation.
