The Public Works Director is declaring a Snow Emergency that will be in effect from 10:00 PM Tuesday, December 2 until 6:00 AM Wednesday, December 3, 2025. No Parking on city streets.

 Upon declaration of a Snow Emergency, any vehicle parked on the streets may be towed and impounded. Vehicles parked in Manchester’s Downtown District are not subject to towing until after 1:00 AM.
