CONCORD, NH- Lawmakers recently oversaw the launch of the New Hampshire Council for Responsible Gaming.
The idea of the Council is to connect Granite Staters with resources to overcome problem gambling.
Organizers of the Council argued that gambling has evolved from local casinos into sports betting apps and so-called prediction markets.
The council’s board includes James Rafferty, Lou D’Allesandro and Nashua Mayor Jim Donchess.
