CONCORD- The New Hampshire Supreme Court says it will hear an appeal of from Adam Montgomery, the Manchester man convicted of killing his 5-year-old daughter.
The news comes as Adam Montgomery and his attorney want his 2024 murder conviction overturned as they claim the court made three noticeable mistakes during his trial.
Following his conviction Montgomery was sentenced to 56 years in prison for murdering Harmony Montgomery in 2019, however her body has yet to be found.
According to court documents, a hearing is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
