Teen driver arrested following a police chase on I-93

LONDONDERRY N.H.- Police say Tyrel Peer,18, of Derry was arrested following a police chase along I-93  early Wednesday morning.

Around 3 a.m. New Hampshire State Troopers observed a car traveling at 106 mph while headed north on I-93 in Londonderry.

The Trooper attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver lead him on a high- speed chase.

Soon after the chase began the suspects’ car suffered a disabling engine issue and stopped. The troopers ended up taking three occupants into custody, including the driver, Tyrel Peer.

Peer is now facing several charges including reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, the other two occupants in the car have since been released without charges.
