Wrongful death suit moves forward in Harmony Montgomery case

A judge is allowing a wrongful death lawsuit filed against Adam Montgomery to proceed. A hearing has been scheduled next month for a wrongful death lawsuit in the Harmony Montgomery case. Her mother, Crystal Sorey, is seeking more than $15 million in damages from the girl’s father, who is serving 45 years to life in prison for killing his daughter.
