With a rich career as a Field Artillery Officer Shawn also talks about how his daughter is continuing the family legacy through her West Point graduation and current service. 

Phil Taub talks with former Navy Seal Hector Delgado and his wife Michelle about the type of shift their family dynamic went through when your spouse is a Seal. And Phil also sits down with Master Chief Rick Kaiser about his time with the Seals, receiving the Silver Star Medal for Valor during the Battle of Mogadishu and his new book “Frogman Stories: Life and Leadership Lessons from the SEAL Teams.”
