Beyond “Socialism-Lite”: How Conservatives Can Win on Economic Policy in 2026 with Marc Wheat

WFEA host Jeff Chidester is joined by Marc Wheat of Advancing American Freedom (AAF) to discuss conservative strategy heading into the 2026 Midterm elections.

Wheat emphasizes that conservative candidates must aggressively address voter concerns around affordability and directly confront the dangers of socialist economic policies championed by left-leaning opponents.

Rather than offering defensive, “socialism-lite” compromises, Wheat argues that center-to-right candidates must clearly articulate free-market solutions that reduce the cost of living and foster long-term prosperity.
