Early in 2025, President Trump floated the idea of accounts for newborn Americans (born between 2025 and 2028) to create a tax-free fund that would support a child as they mature.

On January 28, 2026, President Trump and Treasury Secretary Bessant launched the Trump Account program.

Economic policy expert Patrice Onwuka, Director of the Center for Economic Opportunity – Independent Women’s Voice, joins us to explain the Trump Accounts. Patrice and host jeff Chideser also discuss the School Choice Tax Credits for parents and students.
